Important Note:
Products sold by Oxeira are intended exclusively for technical, laboratory, or research use. They are not classified as food, supplements, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics, and are not intended for human consumption.

 

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or damaged products.
• Returns are only accepted in the event of a shipping error (e.g., the item received is different from the one ordered).
• In such cases, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery at: mail@gmail.com.
• The product must be returned unopened, in its original packaging.
• Once we receive and verify the return, a refund or replacement will be issued.

 

Exceptions

Returns or refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Change of mind or improper use of the product.
• Ordering errors made by the customer.
